HOW WE MARKET YOUR PROPERTY
We have the most extensive network of buyers in South Texas.
Your property will be researched, cleaned & repaired, photographed and marketed to our exclusive mailing list of buyers through mail, email, print publications, Google, Bing & Yahoo keyword search matches, 
Craigslist, Estatesales.net and personal phone calls. Where appropriate, we market items through our partner site, eBay Live.
THE AUCTION AND PROMPT PAYMENT
You items will be sold in the next scheduled auction (usually on Tuesdays).
We charge a 25% sales commission. We have a check for your proceeds available the day following the auction - prompt payment is one great feature of selling through auction. We can either mail the check to you or you can pick it up in person.
